Managing notification preferences
Krypt Alerts tells you about horror near you, new Wire stories, Krypt TV releases, event reminders and Nightmare Radar matches. You choose which ones.
Who it's for
Signed-in members who want alerts.
Before you start
- A free Krypt account, signed in.
- A browser or installed app that supports notifications.
Steps
- Open More → Krypt Alerts.
- Under Alert area, tap Use my location or Enter city / town / ZIP.
- Tap Turn on Krypt Alerts and allow notifications when your device asks.
- Under “What do you want us to dig up?”, switch on the alerts you want, such as Krypt Wire or Krypt TV — New Trailers.
- Optional: tap Send me a test.
When it worked
Your chosen switches stay on and a test notification arrives.
Troubleshooting
- “Krypt Alerts are blocked in your browser settings” means you need to allow notifications for The Krypt in your browser or phone settings.
- To stop alerts on one device, tap Turn off on this device.
