‘Crystal Lake’ Opens Its Doors on Peacock

The wait to return to Camp Crystal Lake is over. All eight episodes of Crystal Lake, Peacock and A24’s Friday the 13th prequel, became available October 15. Peacock confirmed the full season was streaming in an official guide published at 8:03 a.m. Eastern, placing that confirmation inside today’s coverage window.

Linda Cardellini stars as Pamela Voorhees, with Callum Vinson playing young Jason. Showrunner Brad Caleb Kane’s series explores the family’s history and the community surrounding the infamous camp, expanding the story beyond the familiar masked killer.

For fans planning a Halloween-season binge, the entire first season is available together. The new development here is the streaming release; the series and its trailer were announced earlier.
