They are presented in no particular order. “For adults” describes this guide’s audience; it does not mean every attraction has an 18-and-over admission rule.

1. MADWORLD HAUNTED ATTRACTIONS — PIEDMONT

For a haunt night with extras.

Madworld combines a seasonal haunted house and trail with themed scare scenes. The Krypt also lists games, zombie VR and ghost-town mini golf, making this a pick for a group that wants activities alongside its haunt visit. Optional activities and add-ons cost extra.

At 147 Country Manor Road, remaining peak nights are October 16–17 and 23–24, from 7 p.m. to midnight. Other listed dates continue into November with earlier closing times. General admission is listed at $42, with Fastpass at $75.

2. SC FEAR FARM — BLACKSBURG

For variety in one stop.

If your group has different horror tastes, SC Fear Farm offers a reason to keep everyone together. The Krypt lists six haunted attractions, with farmhouse, prison, mine, coven and clown scenes among the themes. A standard haunt ticket covers all six.

Find it at 424 Ninety-Nine Island Road. Remaining Friday and Saturday dates are October 16–17, 23–24 and 30–31, from 7–11 p.m. Sunday sessions are listed for October 18 and 25, from 7–9:30 p.m. Package prices vary by date and availability.

3. DECEASED FARM HAUNTED ATTRACTION — LEXINGTON

For an indoor-and-outdoor scare outing.

Deceased Farm moves the night between indoor buildings and outdoor scare areas, with a midway rounding out the setting. The Krypt explicitly marks this attraction “Not suitable for children,” making it a clear fit for this adult-focused shortlist.

The address is 382 Olde Farm Road. Remaining Friday and Saturday ticket-booth hours are 7–11 p.m. on October 16–17, 23–24 and 30–31. Those weekend listings show $30 general admission, $45 Fastpass and $70 VIP. Bring cash for tickets and food; the listing says the gift shop also accepts cards and tap payments.

4. KREEPY HOLLOW — BISHOPVILLE

For intense scare environments with date-based pricing.

The Krypt describes Kreepy Hollow as a seasonal haunted attraction with intense scare environments. For adults building a Halloween outing around a haunt, it offers several remaining dates—and a useful reason to compare nights before choosing one.

Located at 1251 Joe Dority Road, its October 16 and 23 sessions run 7:30 p.m.–midnight, with $30 general admission or $55 Fastpass listed. Other peak nights are listed at $35 general admission or $60 Fastpass, while selected Thursday and Sunday sessions have lower prices and earlier closing times. Additional November dates are listed too.

5. SOUTHERN SCREAMS: MACABRE — NORTH CHARLESTON

For a museum-themed haunted-house outing.

Southern Screams brings a museum-themed haunted attraction to Holy City Brewing, 1021 Aragon Avenue. The Krypt lists R.I.P. access and backstage offerings alongside the main experience.

Choose the regular MACABRE scare sessions when planning this adult night out. The listing separates them from the friendly-character children’s trick-or-treat session on October 31. Regular dates continue through Halloween, with Lights Out listed for November 6–7. Entry times depend on the selected date; a confirmed ticket price is not displayed in the listing.
