Scythe Lists
Scythe Lists are private horror wish lists. Add Krypt Shop products or your own links, then share a list so friends and family can reserve gifts without buying duplicates.
Who it's for
Anyone with a free Krypt account — no Pro needed.
Before you start
- A free Krypt account, signed in.
Steps
Documented steps. These match the app's current buttons and labels, but the final submission and review were not run end-to-end for this guide. Review timing and outcomes may differ.
- Open Shop and tap the Scythe Lists card, or open My Krypt → My Collection → My Lists.
- Under New list, enter a Name (Occasion and Date are optional) and tap Create private list.
- To add a Krypt Shop product, open its page and choose your list under Save to Scythe List.
- To add something from another site, enter an Item name, an https:// link and a quantity, then tap Add link.
- To share, tap Make shareable & get link and copy the link — it's shown only once. New link makes the old one stop working; Revoke link or Make private stops sharing.
- People with your link tap Reserve, enter their email and tap Send confirmation email, then confirm from their inbox within 30 minutes. The gift is then held for 14 days.
When it worked
Your list appears under My Lists. People with your link see how many of each item are still available.
Troubleshooting
- You won't see what's been reserved or bought — that keeps gifts a surprise.
- “List not available” means the link was replaced or revoked, or the list is private.
- A reservation isn't a purchase — buying happens on the seller's own site.
- Save to Scythe List shows on product pages once you've created at least one list.
