Claiming a film or TV credit (Keeper Pro)
Coming Soon · Preview — this describes a planned feature. These are not active instructions.
Keeper Pro members can ask to be credited on a title's Cast & Crew on The Krypt section and on their Keeper Filmography. Every claim is checked by The Krypt — being a Verified Keeper or having Pro never proves a credit. Keeper Pro isn't on sale yet, so claiming is Coming Soon.
Who it's for
Keepers who worked on a movie or TV production listed on The Krypt.
Before you start
- A free Krypt Keeper profile (see Creating a Keeper profile).
- Active Keeper Pro (Coming Soon).
What to expect
- Open the movie or TV title and scroll to Cast & Crew on The Krypt.
- Tap Claim Film Credit.
- Choose the department and role (or type a custom role); for a series, add the season or episode if the credit is limited to it.
- Add evidence such as an official credit list, IMDb page or production link, plus an optional private note.
- Tap Submit for review.
When it worked
“Claim submitted. It stays private until an Admin approves it.” Approved credits appear on the title and your Keeper profile.
Troubleshooting
- Evidence and notes stay private — they're never shown publicly.
- You can withdraw a claim while it's pending or needs more information.
- Admin may approve, reject, ask for more information, correct, hide or revoke a credit.
- Approved credits stay visible if Keeper Pro ends; new claims and changes to pending claims need active Pro.
- False credits break The Krypt Code and can lead to account restrictions.
